B2S 1-on-1 coaching aims to guide the coachee (client) in the process of self-discovery of their potential for excellence allowing them to achieve desired goals for their personal and professional lives.


During a coaching consultation, the coach will help the coachee identify and recognize their resources and capabilities as well as core values in their life purpose: personal or professional.


Ultimately, the client's strengths are reinforced through observation, feedback, and encouragement, towards fulfillment and well-being.

B2S presentations and/or discussions can be done with whole organizations, specific groups within those organizations (coaches, directors), and/or also with specific teams.  


During a presentation, the founders of BUILT2SHINE will share with the audience the inspiration for the creation of this project as well as allow them to experience a real authentic 1-on-1 coaching session.

MINDFULNESS

B2S mindfulness service is the essence of a stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts based on full attention.


In this program, we address the body and mind, and how they interact with each other. This type of meditative practice helps us release the autopilot in which our life often walks through exercises done without judgement.


This practice favors flexibility and acceptance and it can be done 1-on-1 or with larger groups depending on the objective.
